A Tag System On Your Place
Tag your pages
Regular Pages
To tag a regular wiki page, just go to edit mode, and look under the editor field, there is a new "Tags" field. Write there the tags you want to attach to the page and SAVE. The tags must be separated by spaces:
Here i've entered the tags "netcipia","tutorial" and "tag"
Once you've done it on a few pages with different tags, you will then see appear tags in the "Top 10 tags of the place":
Tags already attached to the page will be highlighted. Tags used on other pages not. To add a tag from the top, just click on it!
Blog Post
When creating or editing a blog post, you will see the same tag field, working the same way:
Navigate through your tags
Special "Tags Page"
To have an overview of all the tags used in your place, there is now a special page that you reach when clicking on the "tags" link in the ToolBox Panel (in "place" section of the panel):

It will send you to such a page (if you already have tagged some pages of course):

There you can see the list of all the tags used in your place. With:
1: An RSS feed to follow the tags in your place
2: A possibility to sort tags by name or frequency (just click)
3: Display is: tagname (frequency. i.e number of pages tagged with) RSS feed dedicated to the tag itself.
If you click there on a tag (for example 'google' here) you will see this:

With the list of the pages tagged with the tag "google" and:
1: A rss feed to follow google tag
2: A link to go back to "all tags" page
Tag Cloud Panel
There is also a special new Panel containing a TAG CLOUD:

To add this panel to your place, go to your preferences and add it to your list of panels (in the skin section).
The name of the panel (in order to add it) is:
xwiki:Panels.TagCloud
Clicking on a tag of the panel will send you to a page with the list of pages tagged with it. Tags size is proportional to their use frequency.
When a page is tagged, the tags appear also in view mode at the right-bottom of the page:
