Don't worry, on the log-in page follow the "Forgot Password?" link:

Then you'll be asked your e-mail address, the one you use to register on Netcipia:

A new randomly generated password will be sent to you on the address you submited:

Check your e-mail !

You can then change your password (it could be odd now because of the random generation) and choose one you're more comfortable with..
