How to modify a file?
You cannot modify an attached file online. You must:
- first download the file to your computer
- then modify it
- and then re-upload it
To download the file, right-click on the file and select "Save target as..." in the contextual menu. Then save the file to your computer, in the folder you want (desktop, My Documents, or anywhere else)
Then modify the file as you would any other. Once the modification is completed, upload the file following the usual method for
uploading files.
Once the revised file has been uploaded, you will notice that it has a new version number:
