How to Download a File

Non-image files can be downloaded by selecting them from the attachments window (file name circled in red).

Once the file name is selected, for those with Windows an automatic download window should pop up asking to either view or save. If you select save you can save the file to your computer.

In order to download an image file, you need to open up the attachment like above.

The only difference will be that when the image is displayed you must right-click your mouse and select the save option.
