How to add my own logo or banner at the top of the place?

We provide now a new interface to upload your logo to your place. It's a far easier process than the older one.

Go to your preferences:

uploadlogo4.png

In the skin section, browse to upload your logo, it has to be a picture (jpg, gif, png)

uploadlogo.png

Once your logo attached, the skin section will look like this

uploadlogo2.png

Now you're logo is displayed at the top of your place!

!!Important!!

For people who previously uploaded their logo using the old process, it will keep working, but we recommand to re-upload the logo with the new interface.

I got the following message "Temporary directory not set. Please follow the instructions on xwiki.org on how to fix this." when I attempted this change.

Do you still have the old instructions?

Okay, I just updated my skin to one of the new ones and then I could add the new logo.

Hi Andrew, Thanks for your message , it's solved now. There is no more problem in the OriginalSkin to upload your logo.

My logo/banner has been scaled down. Seems to me, there was a way to re-size and position logos/banners. Does this capability exist?
